Where we ship
We ship within the Contiguous United States: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders leave a US warehouse within 1–3 business days.
- Transit: 3–6 business days after shipment.
- Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days from your order.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. These times are estimates; carrier delays during peak periods or bad weather can occasionally add a few days.
Carriers and tracking
Orders are shipped by UPS, USPS or FedEx. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. Orders with several items may ship in more than one package, from different warehouses, and arrive on different days; each package has its own tracking number.
Address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at info@hochodo.com: we can correct it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for several business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at info@hochodo.com (for damage, within 48 hours of delivery, with photos). We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
